Razor Macro Delay Setup

When recording a razor macro how to I set a few second delay between actions? Nothing that I see is showing up in the razor options menu under macro

Right click on the line of code, you should see a menu called "Special Constructs. Then the pop out menu will appear and you will see, "Insert Pause/Wait', it will give you the option of inserting a pause, use 3000 milliseconds (roughly 3 seconds). Then just right click the pause move it up or down until its between the action you want to pause
