razor hotkey question

I want to use the flamestrike scroll and if there are none then to cast FS normally how would I do that? I've got it to use the scroll but not sure how to make it cast w/o if there is no scrolls in my pack.

This can not be done simply by a razor hotkey however you CAN make a macro that does this and set the macro to a hotkey. The macro would need a counter for fs scrolls and contain an if else.

How do you add the counter? The rest I think I know

There is a tab for display/counters, and a button for adding them.
