sometimes when you have pixies cast and you tell them to kill, you do not get a target cursor.

It could be also because you are casting a spell. It needs further investigation.
The "sometimes" unfortunately won't help us :/

okay, ill take a look at it myself. see when it actually occurs.

I just tested the pixies, the all kill command works while casting. I was fighting daemons on all 3 occasions of it happening. could it be a spell im affected by? or the fact i have animated dead things?
ill just pay closer attention when it next happens

Sometimes happens to me, but it's really difficult to understand where the problem is... it could be from the spell itself, to the "all kill" command, to the client that goes out of sync* (???) :/

* things said without a reason :p

What about earth elementals or other comandable summons rather than pixies?

Re: [VALIDATION NEEDED] Pixie (other pet?) Not Targetting

Anyone get a chance to check this on OSI vs Demise?

It happens to me all the time. One thing that can trigger it is if you issue an 'all kill' command but one of your followers is out of range. Other times I think it just happens if you issue too many too fast.

I use a macro for Sleeping Dragon now that the mobs aren't aggressive, it's something like this

Say: pet1 kill
wait for target
target random grey
Say pet2 kill
wait for target
target random grey

When it starts happening there is no fix except to log out or recall.

I would love to see it fixed :)

Re: [CODER NEEDED] Pixie (other pet?) Not Targetting

I just remembered another way to reproduce this.

- Tame a creature, anything
- Record a razor macro of yourself saying 'all kill'
- Play the macro - no target cursor

Relog and it works.

I ve noticed this happening when I have the razor option "automatically open corpse" checked and soemthing dies nearby after issuing the "all kill" command. It seemed to make sense to me though, because razor is targeting the corpes and dbl clikin it.
