1. Character must have one GM "common man" skill. (Begging, Cooking, Fishing, Carpentry, Herding, etc.)
2. Character must be dirt poor and must own a pitchfork and a straw hat.
3. No horses (or any other kind of mounts), you can't aford horses. Peasants can, and are encouraged to, own lots of non-ridable livestock.
4. Must be willing to stand around in a Mob at various locations and riot, occasionally murdering one of our oppresors. "There is no justice like angry mob justice!"
