I'd judge that the first is worth around 800k to a million; not QUITE perfect as it doesn't have MR2, which tends to be the most useful extra mod, but still quite nice, including the part that it's got the FIRE resistance.
As for the latter, sadly, I'd only actually say around 100-150k, if that; simply resistances, at least before you get significantly over 70%, aren't ALL that valuable; remember that GM leather, now thanks to the Arms Lore bonus, will get you some 47% with barbed leather. Use a combination of barbed and horned, and use a horned runic kit (really, even a spined could work) and you could get a 70%x5 suit right there.
