On OSI, there's a couple of quests there (including one just to get IN), and they have Corrosive Slimes, not normal ones (They do more damage to equipment), and the "corruption" doesn poison/do poison damage to you yet. There are some other minor differences as well.
Since we don't have the quest done yet, you can just enter for now.
