I just dropped my small stone workshop, so there's an open spot for anyone who wants to place a small house.
To make it more fun (or since I'm too lazy to gate anyone there), the hint is that the location would allow you to have the THIRD most southern home on the mainland. It's a good location for new players who need to macro/chop wood/or fish.
