No trade window

I'm told that others see the trade window when it pops up but absolutely nothing for me. I can initiate a trade and the item goes back to my bag when the trade window is closed. Reinstalling/repatching has done nothing. Someone please help!

try expanding your UO frame all the way out and change your resolution before hand to max. to make sure it didnt some how get moved all the way in some corner of the black area.

Big Newbz came up with the idea to run as administrator and it worked!
