I'm not sure if this is exactly the correct place for this but I think it is.
I don't have enough extensive knowledge of the current economy and market but, I was just thinking that it would be really helpful to many if someone with said knowledge might be able to create and updated "Price Check List". Just a thought but I know it would be helpful to a lot of people looking to buy or sell.
