New Monitor Widescreen Causes lag at UO

There is 2 weeks ago when i buyed my new monitor.
and since my UO is lagging, thing that didn't happen when i had the other monitor.
but it's not all, also the mouse cursor is lagging too, making by this way impossible to play !

some things aditional :
It's a Philips 18,5" Widescreen
I have nVidia Geforce FX 5800, Windows XP

What is your resolution? What is your game resolution? Did you change size in Razor? Try to set the windows size to 800x600 in Razor.

All I did was GOOGLE "does monitor size cause graphical lag".

my monitor resolution is 1366x768
game and razor is 800x600 , but i already tryed all resolutions...
...
About Simon, the site u linked, just warn me see my graphic cards, because all the other things i already knew.

there is some command i can use on the properties of the razor or UO ?

lots of times when people have video related lag it's because they are using the windows driver for their video card. Download the latest driver for your video card from the manufacturer's website and it will most likely resolve your problem. It's good to have the latest driver anyways so it's worth doing regardless whether or not you think that's the cause or not.

i did what u sayed
but it still causing lag...

there's a thing i forgot to say
when i press alt + enter and play on Full Screen, the lag disappears

but it's suck to play on fullscreen :S

Raise the refresh rate on your monitor.

Since no one knows the solucioanr the problem, only way to play without lag is full screen, so there is some personal way I play full screen with the title bar (meters) always visible?

Just out of curiosity - have you killed all the hardware accelleration?
