.NET Framework error

One error about .NET Framework keep showing up everytime while I'm playing. The game doesnt close, but I have to stop playing to click "continue" or the window wont disappear.
My UO version is 7.0.29.2 and I'm playing with Razor.
I've formated my pc yesterday, Windows 7 sp1
Any ideas to fix this?

uninstall all .net frameworks installed on your computer.
restart computer.
install newest .net framework (4.5 i think)
restart computer.

Hope this works for you, most of the time .net framework errors mean you have more than one installed, or something is just wrong with what you have. try doing that, that usually always works for me, if it doesn't I am not sure of the next steps you can take besides reformatting.
