What if the plot is in the middle of east-bumfuck swamp, with silver serpant spawns all around, 1000 screens from guardline of a city and nowhere near the coast, near no landmarks or hotspots, with ^SM guild houses surrounding it

I'm pretty sure i will give away the plot PLUS a couple of millions

No wait a moment...in that case,if surrounded of ^SM houses the price will raise a lot...i think maybe 10-15m if a castle could replaced all the properties!

clear, flat terrain. no spawn. quiet neighborhood..right on the coast. west of minoc/ne of compassion.
