for novelty sake 1kk~ maybe, but its not a balanced shortbow or anything.

its 4 mod but you can use a mage bow like this unless its 5 mod crafted with lightweight shortbow recipe and as the 5th mod it gets dci.

It's a great novelty piece. To throw on instead of your other mage weapon, maybe you want to lose a bit of dci to get a couple of magery points back.

I'd say a couple of mil.

you get 0 dci from this though. at least with a 1 hander u can equip a 15 dci shield if u need more dci with this bow you just get 0 bonus. also 1 handed weapons are only 3 mods to be equal to this so you can make them with copper hammers.
