Is there Razor Documentation?

I have been playing with Razor's macros a bit lately and been trying to figure out how to learn more advanced usage of it. I was wondering if there is any kind of Documentation or a Guide explaining the uses of the macro commands. For instance:

Assistant.Macros.LiftTypeAction|3854|1

I have figured out on my own what this is and does but the amount in this case is 1, my question with this is, how do you tell it to lift all of that type? or is this even possible? Is there a 'All' option?

so I really have 2 questions:

Is there any type of documentation out that explains these functions in more detail?
Is there an 'All' option for this specific example function?

You can set it to large number (like 60,000) to lift an entire stack, it will lift as many as possible.
