You will need to page a GM and he can reset your UO account's email address... so you can provide a new one

try typing in [account while in the game and it should pop up an option for that good stuff for a new email ect. Or check spam folder of your other email or page an admin for that goodness.

do you have it attached to a aol email account ? i have mine on aol and i cannot recive them either but i have asked a gm in game and they said they could not help me. i was told to try IRC and ask mark for help but i havnt been sucessfull there yet either.
