Are the bushido \ ninjitsu spells going to be active soon? I mean, has somebody started scripting them...and ca i and everybody wait for them and hiryu to appear soon? Or atleast spawned lesser hiryu and the spells?

Download the newest version of UO Gateway, that should fix the problem. With a client version newer than I think it's 4.04a you need at least UO Gateway 1.9.
Unfortunately the Update UO Gateway button in the settings section does not download this version, so you have to manually download it.
