1. Go to http://www.uogamers.com/
2. Click on the 'Donate' button.
3. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button for whichever item you would like, or browse through Categories to see more items.
4. Click on the 'Checkout' button when you're done shopping.
5. Click the 'Continue' button if this is your first time donating.
5a. Enter your email address, password, and click 'Continue' if you have donated using this site before.
6. Enter your information in here and proceed down the page. You need to supply a shipping address as well as your billing address, even though nothing is really being shipped to you.
If you forgot your e-mail address password, you can simply sign up for a new e-mail address somewhere and use that.
7. Review your order and click on 'Proceed to Payment' when you're ready to donate.
8. Click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" button to pay as a PayPal guest. You can also use this option even if you do have a PayPal account. It's also handy if you have forgotten your PayPal password!
8a. Enter your PayPal information in here and click 'Log In'
Next, you'll continue to enter in your card information and proceed with the payment. If you're using PayPal, you can choose from a variety of payment methods.
You should receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number almost immediately as soon as you click to make your payment. Open this e-mail and use this order number in game to redeem your donation gift.
In game, on any account or character, simply type in as if you were typing to someone else: [claimdonation OR [claimitem to bring up the item-redeem window.

Click the 'Claim!' button and your donation items will be placed into your bank box, usually inside of a gift box.
