How do you make a "Dragon Barding Deed"?

I've seen swamp dragons in armor. I know that it takes a dragon barding deed.
What skills besides blacksmithing do I need?
Is it even possible on this server?
What is the procedure for making this barding deed?

I dont know I think you can cause I thought Ironfist Max's dragon had armor on. Its silver so I guess you can do it.

on OSI it was under Platemail menu but its not there on UOG so it must not be in yet.

as for ironfist having barding for his pet...reward in a pvp event maybe?

You cant make armor deeds.
They actually spawn in the world.
