hey man all i need to know now is wehre to get a smith hamemr at...i checked the nps at the forge but they had nothing

lol u need to be near a forge and anvil to smith they look like a round orange thing or a large rectangle in smith shops if u go near them u can craft things they can also be bought from other players and placed in ur own house

And you have to double click.

To convert ore into ingots you need to be near a Forge. Double-click the ore then target the Forge to turn the ore into ingots. To create an item with ingots you need to be by an Anvil and then double-click Tongs or a Smiths Hammer and it will bring up a menu gump. Clicking on the catagories will bring up individual weapons, armor, etc. Clicking on the scroll to the right of the weapons will bring up statistics on crafting that weapon including your percentage chance of success. If you wish to change a weapon or armor back into ingots by smelting, double-click the Tongs or Smiths Hammer when you are near a Forge, then select the option to Smelt An Item, then target the item you wish to smelt into ingots.
