How Do China Men Run Faster Then USA player?

So on multiple occasions chinese have been behind me 10+ tiles and within seconds are the same tile as my self, even with me running full speed in ostard form. when I have a consistent ping of 30 to the server, makes little to no sense, my only guess is that they are illegally running proxy servers to take "shortcuts" to the server, I read that proxies are illegal yet this activity still continues? please help.

Maybe it's because many players do not know u run and hit all the obstacles or perhaps "cheat engine 5.3.exe" the best of all time or perhaps even cry a player without skill....
