I suggest you keep them man. They are very valuable in pvp

If you are on razor:
Create new Arm/dress equips. Name them like "wand 1", "wand 2', etc
Set each one to whatever wands you plan to bring to the field. I carry 5 gheal wands. Best to have a few in case of thieves, and so you dont run out
Set hotkeys to "ARM", for each of the wands you are using

In combat, when you need them, hit your "dress" hotkey to aarm the wand
Have a hotkey for "use item in hand"
have hotkey for "target self"
Best way to set it up. That way, when you are stunned, you can DROP your heal at the end of your opponents explode/ebolt combo, or whatever
