Sir I came back from 3 months break too. that house was given to random noob 3 months ago.

Make 30k.. Pickup weps/armor people chuck at banks sell to npc shops they pay very well for even ruin/might/guarding stuff.. Eassssy money takes no skill.. Hit me up I'll show u where u can build a small house once u have 30k or so

Or make thief and steal wands / rares / pvp items / tribal berries...

Yeah that works but my method allows for no excuses like I have no money to train.. Skills to do this.. Lol and u can make 5-10k a trip off shit people throw away at banks and stuff hourly ;p

I agree. Train thief is free - very cheap? But it's longer then your method.
