Deleted Character hosting vendor

I've seen the other post on the forums about this issue and it needing to be handled in game. But I didn't know if there was something I missed. I deleted the character that made the vendor and now none of my characters can access it. I've had an in game ticket in for about the last 5 hours and first in queue with no response, do they really not have GMs on for that long of a time?
