Connectivity Issues

    As stated in another post, I find the ability to access and play a game as being a primary and basic focus of game development. As such, I don't understand why staff, primarily the owner, aren't more transparent in their attempts to correct and response to connectivity issues. So far all we've seen is: we are aware of the problem and a server relocation, but that was Sept 20 and Oct 7 respectively. I guess the main question would be are staff looking into hardware specific solutions, since it wasn't a move to a new location that the issue presented itself, but upon the the hardware upgrade? I thank you for your time and effort, and look forward to your response to the community.

    There are no connectivity issues.

    I've told @Selene during a lengthy chat, I want to actually do a shutdown on the Demise instance, change its instance type and bring it back up. This shard is running on Amazon, it's not like it's in some "junk datacenter" or in my basement. I've also sent @Eos an email and would like to get it fixed but havent heard back yet.

    We're all busy, but this is not a connectivity issue. I don't believe it's even an instance issue. Demise and Hybrid (save a few small things) run the same core RunUO. They're in the same Amazon VPC, they're in the same network... this problem is not persisting on Hybrid. When these servers with both in Amazon's Ohio region we had similar issues on both shards with disconnects and the like.

    I will try to talk to Eos and see if there's something we can do to nail this down but I can assure you, Demise is not having a network problem.
