Reserving the right to tweak the winner's house a bit, I have made my decision and have begun construction on the new Reward Hall.

The hall has been built and there is a gate allowing people to freely pass at the Counselors Hall in Britain (Trammel). Congrats to Kaleel for the winning design.

Please keep in mind I had to tweak it a bit for space and location.
