[COMPLETE] Using Soulstones

Per testing on OSI, you should be able to use a soulstone while it is secured in the house of the owner.

Re: Using Soulstones

Also, soulstones behave different here than on OSI.

Example: You have 110 Archery and transfer it to the soulstone, but your other char has a skillcap of 100 on archery.

On Demise: You can't transfer anything at all to the char with skillcap 100.
On OSI: You transfer 100 skillpoints to the new char, the remaining 10 skillpoints are "lost".

You cannot claim a stored skill if it exceeds your skill cap.

- Needs OSI testing.

This appears to be a referrence to your overall skill cap (700-720) not an individual skill cap. At least from what I read on uoguide in context with everything else there. Should be tested on OSI still to double check.
