Chilvalry & Tithing points

Yesterday I was gaining chivalry in my house and noticed that casting did not use any of my tithing points? I gained about 20 skillpoints without losing 1 tithing points.

You don't need reagents to use Chivalry, only mana.

Or does LRC effect on Chivalry ?? (if it does, some noob points for me loooooool )

i think its some kind of bug happened to me once the thits didnt go down and i didnt had lrc, dont lose this book lol luck guy
