True, but its priced as a -FC shield, can enhance with any material free of charge as well.

As it stands, it's only worth a few hundred grand... IF that. Plus, an STR requirement of 90 is fugly.

Rule of thumb: any shield with a combined HCI/DCI of 20% or above should be enhanced before *ever* attempting to sell it.
