cant take off clothes...

i just reinstalled uo yesterday after 3 years..and when i logged in my account i cant take off the clothes my chars are wearing..i drag them off and the paperdoll shows its off but it really isnt and i cant put anything on..when i drag them to my bag..they dont show in my bag just disappeared..but when i log in again they are on my paperdoll..
anyone know how to fix this?
