Cannot turn in Locked Chest of Heirlooms

When trying to turn in Ltot's, it wouldn't let me turn in the chest of heirlooms. It is still locked. I double checked that first.

Maybe you spent gold or regs out of it making it considered opened. (I don't know what's in a CoH, but you used to could consume gold and resources in locked monster chests.)

should be 10 items in it.. did you buy it from somewhere? or did you actually get it? if you bought it make sure it has not been magic locked. I am pretty sure it requires a particular degree of difficulty in picking the lock so you should be good.. just cast "unlock" on a 50 magery character.
