I'm sure there's a script for outputting the mods to a spreadsheet. Not sure if that would be allowed or not (as it doesn't help anything other than selling or being organized)

There is nice EUO script for checking/ filtering your items and you can save the data and use/ sort with excel
(that should not be illegal, I think)

Might be, but it would still be far nicer to do all that in game with utilities provided to us than go through this hassle

Yes. And I've only read about it. Not sure how many jewels you'll need to use some script to sort them out...

I haven't seen your house, but I designed a house for Jackie, and the lack of organization was pretty baffling. So, maybe it's hereditary?
