"bad server address: the server address you entered could not be resolved"

i keep getting this error when i try to log into razor

i patched all the way through but i dont think this is it because before i patched i got the same error.

and yes my internet is working otherwise i wouldnt be here now lol

Bring up razor's welcome screen and in the field for server, enter 209.173.139.110 and 2593 for the port. Then try connecting

Have you been able to log in prior to this or are you a new user?
Either way I would suggest joining mirc where you can talk with people real time. It's easier to trouble shoot that way.

i am not a new user...i played like 5 or less months ago...havnt updated or anything...i go to log in and it says my ip cant be resolved or whatever...so i uninstalled and then reinstalled and updated everything and got the same error :(

ive restarted, resinstalled uo and repatched to 6.0.6.1, deleted the razor file, reinstalled razor, and totally deleted everything and tried reinstalling...and still get the same error

what now lol

Pull up a command prompt and type in "tracert 209.173.139.110" without the quotes and hit enter. Paste the results back here.

Did you download Ultima from Tessa's website? It's prolly the most stable version. Make sure you patch to 7.x...

After that, I'm outta ideas.
