Account Problem
I am returning to UO after a three year leave. I played on this server briefly before I quit for good after my previous server went down. I was still able to log into my old account but when I tried to activate an account for my brother to play on as well, it gives me the problem communicating with Origin error.
Here is the situation:
I can use my account on his computer as well as mine
I get my internet from a local provider, several people in town share an IP
I have no problems logging in, so it is not a port issue
We are using the same UO patch and edition
I have never had more than 1 account on this sever prior and am using my original.
I talked to a Counselor in game but we were unable to figure out the issue.
Long story short, I have two questions.
1) What could be going wrong here
and
2) Would it be possible to have an Admin manually create an account if I am indeed at my "limit" due to my crappy provider? (we can verify that we are separate players pretty easily...)
