This man/women/person has clearly never learned how to read and now your mocking them? I say we do our best in an attempt to try to find a way on how to communicate with the person and go from there and gradually try to learn this poor person how to read. So that a mistake like this will not be repeated by this person and the person can go on and live a hopefully better life with their newly aquired skill.
