1 v 1 Event Big Prize

So i want to make some events with some good prizes,heres one of em!
1 v 1 event in my house heres the Rules and PRİZE;
PRİZE İS PURE WHİTE BANDANA!
RULES:
1-Tbc or İce guild cannot join.Even if your helping them you still cant join!
2-No ethys or animals.
3-No Hybrid Armor!
5-Wheres the 4th rule?
6-You can join with as many as accounts u want
7-Event will be at saturday 9 pm i will be gating all day saturday.
8-You cannot use paralyze magic in fight!
Good luck all fighters with honor yes that means no tbc and ice.

He clearly stated in the rules that there will be no TBC and 1CE. Personally I want to know if there will be punch and pie.
