DIY Naked template guide
Ok, heres my naked template guide. Let me explain first what the idea is on a naked template. The idea is to have no insured items and no items in your pack that you can loose. That leaves you with blessed items and thats O.k.
Heres a list of useful skills and an explanation as to how they work on a naked template:
Oh yeah stats....I'd recomend at least 100 strength for hit points, if you using spellweaving at least 70 Inteligence for self res (100 prefered) and the rest in Dexterity just enough to keep you stam bar up. But then it all depends on the above skills you choose.
Find a nice hat and bless it for its bonuses, a boat and a rune book full of recalls for travel.
Oh and lastly don't overlook the virtues gump. Being a knight of sacrifice gives you 3 self reses a week to be used in times of dire need or just to freak people out.

- Resisting Spells - This is a must have on a naked template as it gives you your resists. I'd recomed at least GM to have 40 in all resists and to never be frozen.
- Meditation - You are gonna need this, GM at least for the added bonus.
- Hiding/Stealth - If you wanna use these skills you need 100 hiding to never fail and hide closer to attacking enemies and 60 stealth to never fail to walk in stealth mode. This is useful for passing by hard enemies or to hide once you have self resed (covered in spellweaving).
- Spellweaving - One of my favourites, can cast spells without the use of regs. Especially the overpowered furies and word of death. Oh and of course you can self res with gift of life. And when the ML is fully here............
- Wrestling - If you want that added defence plus the use of disarm at 70 skill and paralyzing blow at 90 skill.
- Ninjitsu - For those of you that don't know you can bless leather ninja belts with a clothing bless deed. That means a blessed ranged weapon that hits with poisoned shurikens at only 50 skill on most things. At Gm+ you could always use death strike.
- Spirit Speak - Pretty obvious, you can heal without regs. But you need at least GM to never fail.
- Mace fighting/Anat/Tactics - There is one blessed weapon in UO Demise and thats the fireworks wand. Only drawback is you can't use the special moves. Then again you could combine it with ninjitsu death strike or even do a naked parry/bushido warrior.
- Chivalry - You dont loose tithing points when you die so buy a chiv book and tithe some gold. Even at 0 skill if your a human you can heal in emergencies with a 50% chance.
- Magery - Once again you can use a clothing bless deed to bless arcane robes, cloaks and boots, also turn on scavenger in razor and hoover up regs as you run. At Gm mage you can do good damage with mind blast without the need for Eval Int.
- Poisoning - At Gm you can use in combination with magery, however with only 50 skill points needed in ninjitsu and a blessed belt to poison I prefere ninjitsu....but then there is poison field hmmm.
- Focus - Not as good as med but non the less usefull for regen.
