Update August 1, 2015 - Mod Fixes Galore

The following changes have been made during server wars:
  • All buffs, debuffs and mod caps are now incorporated into the status bar.
    Note that:
    • The FC value displayed in the status bar is capped at 4. Magery, Necromancy and Chivalry (with 70+ Magery) are still capped at 2.
    • The SDI value displayed in the status bar is not capped (because it's not capped in PvM). In PvP, it is still capped at 15.
  • Mod corrections:
    • Ninja weapons now count HCI from special moves and weapon abilities.
    • Ninja weapons now count DCI debuffs from Surprise Attack and Force Arrow.
    • Discordance no longer lowers DCI on the wrong mobile. (Discorded monsters were actually causing a DCI debuff for their opponents!)
    • Weapon hit spells now count SDI from Arcane Empowerment.
    • Weapon hit spells now cap SDI at 15 for PvP. (Previously it was uncapped.)
    • DI from items is now properly capped at 100. (20 DI from a weapon being exceptionally crafted was being added elsewhere, effectively resulting in a cap of 120.)
    • Reaper form's SDI bonus is now subject to the SDI PvP cap of 15.
    • FCR is now capped at 6 for all spells (resulting in Chivalry, Bushido and Ninjitsu now having a 0.25 second recovery delay between spells even if you wear 7 FCR).
    • Poison Strike, Wither, Thunderstorm and Word of Death now count SDI from Reaper Form and Arcane Empowerment.
    • Word of Death no longer caps SDI at 15 when a monster attacks a player.
  • Fixed the Block DCI bonus from never expiring.
  • Fixed the Honorable Execution SSI bonus from never expiring.
  • Fixed the Thunderstorm buff icon description.
  • Animated dead's Wither no longer hits pets owned by the same master, regardless of guild status.
  • Guarding pets now perform a control chance check before auto attacking a monster. So, pets will no longer guard effectively if their master has a low control chance.
  • Guarding pets now only auto attack a monster if it's attacking their master directly. They will no longer auto attack monsters that are attacking their master's summons or other pets.
  • Resisting Spells now also reduces the damage received from a monster-casted Blood Oath.
  • Troglodytes now show their Healing skill in Animal Lore, just like Cu Sidhes.
  • Kicking a member from your guild now re-opens the guild roster.
  • Fixed Discordance skill delays:
    • Canceling the target, or targeting an invalid monster will result in no skill delay.
    • Playing your instrument badly, or failing the discordance will result in a 5 second delay. (Previously: 12 seconds)
    • Successfully discording a target will result in an 8 second delay. (Previously: 12 seconds)
  • Discordance now gives a message when you have no chance of successfully discording a target.
  • Discordance no longer reveals you when targeting an instrument or a monster, it only reveals when you activate the skill.
  • Added missing common parrot hue: 63 (0x3F).
  • The Stealing skill can now be used while in Ferret form.

    ((Resisting Spells Skill x 10) / 20) + 10 = percentage of damage resisted.
and how about DCI ? and HLD buff ?
if make 70 DCI will help again HLD ? or maxed is 45 and when get hld buff will lose dci at 20 ?

well maybe stats bar keep not capped... more easy know player how much have reall stats... like FC and FCR is usefull know for bedlam perless if make 7/11 casting for no get debuff...

Yes, because HLD's debuff is subtracted before the 45 DCI cap. If you have 80 DCI it would result in: 80 DCI + HLD = 55 DCI, capped at 45 DCI.

That is true! We might add a different solution for that. ;) (Note that you can still use UOSteam's -info command on your character to see uncapped suit totals.)

next time maybe it would be possible to make honor luck visible?
That's a tricky thing, since it only applies to one monster. It showing on the status bar might give the impression it's a luck bonus on the character.

In case you're wondering, your perfection can range from 0-100, and the luck bonus is ( perfection ^ 2 ) / 10 (so a maximum of 1000).

hmm, well it not hard just check skill bushido and add luck depent skill like if bushido ,50 so +50 luck per hit, if 100+ so add +100 luck per hit...
if 80 bushido so add +80 luck... it is depent bushido skill add luck conting, if bushido under 50 so not add luck...
