Update December 20, 2014 - Essence of Wind

The following changes have been made to Essence of Wind:

• The FC debuff is now applied before the FC cap is applied (as it should be). This will result in a less severe debuff if you are wearing more FC than your casting skill allows.
  
  For example, assume you are wearing 4/6 casting Magery spells (capped at 2 FC) with a debuff of -7 FC.
  Before the change: 4/6 would get capped at 2/6, after which the debuff takes it to -5/6.
  Now: 4/6 is debuffed to -3/6, cap is applied, you remain at -3/6.
  
  
• Added a visual effect when the FC/SSI debuff is successfully applied.
