will be permanently deleted and forgotten into the darkest abysses of Sosaria.

So if you don't eat you will finish like this guy:

... But in all seriousness no , nothing will happen if you do not eat so
you don't have to worry about anything.

eating helps you regain lost stamina, and it aids in the success of casting spells. i suggest fishing for fish steaks and cooking them in the wilderness over an

open flame with a full decanter of the finest wine sosaria has to offfer
