Because it's harm and not lightning, a little less desirable considering you want max burst damage on a nerve strike. Still a great weapon imo worth a lot.

Saws are not to bad. But trying to find enough and then actually burning something useable 5 mods.... come on.. think of how many fire resist hit dispel bokutos you can make!

So with saws being out for a while now and seeing more and more people playing bushido figured it was time for a bump on this. Might consider selling.
