Sallos help just started doing this

I don't understand I did not do anything with sallos or my PC for that matter I tryed to log in this morning and got that msg

Delete you're configuration file located in
(for win7) C:\Users\(you're computer name)\AppData\Local\Sallos\Ultima Online
make sure hidden files/folders is turned on
