They may or may not be skilled, that is debatable, however it takes just a tad more skill to actually move, target and kill than does sitting. Not trying to pick a fight here, I just find town kills hilarious, everytime it happens to me I still laugh, you sit afk waiting for handouts, you kinda got it coming.

Generally people in town are not waiting for handouts lol that's how you get your handouts stolen. Mass townkilling has more overall cons then pros when it comes to the health of the shard imo. I'm not talking about picking out a few assholes now and then lol I'm talking about organized wiping of brits population here..
