Keeps sell for 4-7kk depending on spot, yours id say is at 7kk since there are no other houses around it.
I've sold several keeps around these prices.

Where are you peiple getting 7kk for a keep 0.o the last dozen or so sold in the 3-3.5kk range

I'm getting these prices from what i've sold them for, Wouldent even bother selling one for anything less then 4kk.

Last 2 i sold this month went for 4kk and 7kk
