Update October 18, 2014

The following general changes have been made during server wars:

• Large houses (keeps, castles) will now load properly as soon as they enter your screen.
• Slightly increased the Grimm drop rates, and the melee Grimms are now a little tougher.

Many more changes were made to accompany the re-opening of Halloween Town, which will open tomorrow around 12 PM eastern. You will notice these there!

The details of the changes that were made last week are as follows:

• Pumpkin fields no longer despawn on world saves.
• Fixed light type and name on jack o' lanterns.
• Painted masks can now be flipped.
• Grimms can no longer be guardwhacked.

Grim was actually a monster that spawned in the fields of pumpkins around sosaria. I am not sure if it is still active now that halloween town is open (I think it was supposed to be turned off) What you did was the Grim Reaper Hagnok, which is the halloween peerless. They are two different things, but the one you did has better rewards
